Listing details for 100 Comfort Ln, Pawleys Island, SC 29585 : What better address to call home other than 100 Comfort Lane! Breathtaking views across the Pawley Island Marsh, straight to the sand drenched Beach front at Pawleys point and the Atlantic Ocean. Trust me when I say this view will never get old! Sit on either of the two creek front decks and enjoy the almost constant breezes with your morning coffee or your afternoon beverage of choice. Better yet, walk out the upstairs bedroom and enjoy the beautiful sunrises, then try choosing between the main level porch, or the creek front dock for your afternoon gathering with friends and neighbors. For the sun worshipers you will enjoy the sun decks off both levels. This home is so unique in so many ways I really don't know where to start. All four bedrooms are essentially masters, boasting heated tile bathroom flooring, even the half bath. Three of the bedrooms have separate bathtubs and showers, with the fourth a tub / shower combo. All bedrooms and baths are very spacious with double sink vanities. For the men in the family each bedroom has large his and her closets! Attention to details show throughout this stately home, starting with the four locally produced stain glass masterpieces. Wainscoting, shiplap, and bead board throughout the structure with the front decks sporting haint blue bead board ceilings Nice size laundry room and a house wide central vacuum. Large walk through storage area between the upstairs bedrooms with door entries from both sides. Another huge amenity is the three bay parking area that could easily park four or five cars and surrounds a 16'7"x15'5" ground level workshop / man cave with a half bath and air conditioning. From the parking area there is a large motorized dumb waiter (equipped with a land line phone) capable of carrying a truck load of items to the main level deck. No words can describe this home properly so I encourage you to call today for a personal viewing, or ask your Real Estate professional to schedule a showing. You'll be impressed.
