1521 N Waccamaw Dr Summerwinds #10 Murrells Inlet, SC 29576

Listing details for 1521 N Waccamaw Dr Summerwinds #10, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576 : WOW! This three bedroom home with an ocean view is the definition of TURN KEY! Homes of this caliber rarely hit the Garden City market at this price point. Tastefully renovated, these owners spared no expense the last couple of years while improving their property. What do they have to show for it... ABOVE AND BEYOND RENTAL INCOME!!!!! This property surpasses all expectations as far as overall condition and investment numbers compared to the market. For this price point, you will not be disappointed! This property hosts upgraded granite counter tops, custom built-in cabinets in the kitchen, new paint and hardwood floors. Both bathrooms have been renovated and the master bath spa is truly a show stopper! Updated lighting fixtures, new mattresses, smooth ceilings versus the old popcorn look, and all new flat screen TVS! Last year, all of the furniture in the living area was purchased and redone. The Summerwinds community has one of the most sound HOA's in Garden City and they take care of their community and homeowners. The exterior of each home has been upgraded to HardiPlank siding, new windows, doors and decks (all hurricane grade materials) within the last nine years. New 30 year metal roofs were installed in 2013 and then in 2016, the entire complex had newly installed drainage, new landscaping and pool upgrades. Very little special assessments from the owners were needed for all of this due to the soundness of the HOA. Now is the time to take advantage of this "walk to the beach" property. Just steps away from a newly revamped public beach access, get the beach house feel at a condo price and feel the pride of owning an affordable second home along the Grand Strand! Call the listing agent, or your realtor, to schedule a showing or for additional questions! But remember, this home is on a rental program and showing times will be limited.
