Listing details for 4506 W Harbour Ct #U-9, Little River, SC 29566 : Welcome to this bright and open 3 bed 2 bath condo. If you enjoy relaxing outside, the 22 x 4 balcony may be your favorite place! This building is located near a wooded area, one of the pools, and the boat parking, so it is a more secluded area of this gated, waterway community. A community which also has a fitness center , a lake with fishing access, a clubhouse, boat slips and boat storage and is one mile from Cherry Grove beach. Often, owners say it best. "We have enjoyed this condo for almost 10 years as our vacation home away from home. It allowed us frequent trips to the Grand Strand, where we have been coming since the 1980’s. We love the food, entertainment, and wide beaches with public access. We love that it has the feel of being at the beach, but not being in the fray of the crowds closer to the water. We also have enjoyed the convenient access to the pool! "
